Alcanza Clinical Research, LLC is expanding its Business Development team at our corporate location in Florida. The Director will drive growth by identifying new opportunities, cultivating partnerships with pharmaceutical companies and CROs, and leading BD efforts across CNS/Neuro therapeutic areas.

The role requires strategic proposals, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. The position emphasizes relationship building, industry networking, and delivering compelling presentations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or related field with minimum 5 years in BD/sales in clinical research, CNS/Neuro focus preferred.
• MBA, PhD, or MD preferred.
• Strong knowledge of clinical research processes and industry trends; ability to build strategic partnerships and drive revenue growth.

Responsabilités

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in clinical research.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with pharma, CROs, and stakeholders.
• Lead BD efforts: develop plans, attend conferences, generate leads, close deals.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and report findings to leadership.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and marketing to execute strategies and contracts.
• Prepare and present proposals tailored to client needs and differentiators.
• Track BD activities, pipeline, and performance metrics for senior management.
• Represent the organization at industry events to promote services.
