Qualifications

• MD or DO degree and active medical license in good standing.
• Board certification required.
• Proficient in clinical procedures and patient safety.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with the team.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the medical well-being and safety of the study participants through ethical conduct per FDA/ICH/GCP and HIPAA guidelines.
• Overall site leadership focused on enhancing efficiencies, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Evaluates and assesses participants to ensure eligibility for trials.
• Participates in delivery and retention of study participants.
• Interacts with sponsors, clients, and team members.
• Maintains accurate data recording and HIPAA-compliant handling of information.
• Engages in protocol training for staff and investigator meetings.
