• Must have RN with compact license and leadership experience in clinical operations, case management, IME, or managed care.
• Experience developing or expanding clinical programs or service lines; proven ability to lead teams and drive operational improvement.
• Strategic thinker who can execute with measurable results and partner with executives to shape growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute clinical strategies that support organizational growth and service expansion.
• Design and implement new clinical programs and service models.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, evidence-based clinical services.
• Partner with operations and business development to expand service utilization and client engagement.
• Lead and mentor nursing and clinical teams, building a high-performance culture.
• Optimize workflows, staffing models, and operational performance.
• Use data and analytics to improve outcomes and program performance.
