Director Clinical Operations

Compensation: $140K - $170K pr/yr

Job Type: Full Time, Monday - Friday. Day shift. Time split between 2 locations.

A leading FQHC in Nassau County, NY is seeking a Director Clinical Operations to oversee daily operations, ensure compliance, and drive performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day clinical and administrative operations
• Support strategic planning, budgeting, and staffing
• Supervise operational clinical staff and coordinate care integration with medical leadership
• Lead compliance efforts, including audits and risk assessments (HRSA, HIPAA, 340B, FTCA, PCMH)
• Act as liaison for regulatory reviews and external quality programs
• Monitor productivity, financial performance, and EMR utilization
• Collaborate with billing teams to optimize revenue cycle
• Present operational updates at board meetings

Qualifications
