Job summary

Gritter Francona seeks a Clinical Informatics Director (MD/DO) to lead informatics strategy and governance for a VA-related contract. You will align clinical, operational, and IT goals and chair governance councils to ensure standards and safety across sites.

You will translate clinical requirements into optimized workflows, lead content standardization, and oversee data quality, interoperability, and analytics for performance improvement. Strong leadership and regulatory knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with an active and unrestricted medical license in the U.S.
• 8+ years of leadership experience in clinical informatics.
• Proven leadership of enterprise-scale EHR and clinical technology programs.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory frameworks (HIPAA, CMS, ONC) and interoperability.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level influence.

Responsibilities
