Responsibilities

• Lead clinical informatics strategy, data management, analytics, and training initiatives to optimize patient care
• Oversee Cerner EHR implementation and integration across all VACCHCS facilities
• Coordinate with VISN 21 facilities and ensure regulatory compliance
• Drive user experience improvements, workflow redesign, and technology adoption
• Provide executive leadership in information security and data governance
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork
