Job summary

Gritter Francona is seeking a Principal Program Manager, Informatics to lead enterprise-scale clinical informatics initiatives within the VA EHR modernization program. You will guide delivery across multiple teams, ensuring compliance, data integrity, and user-focused outcomes.

The role requires a Master’s degree, 15 years of relevant experience, and hands-on SAFe Lean- Agile practice; PMP is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• 15 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAFe Lean Agile principles and practices.
• PMP highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage an informatics project, including enterprise-scale initiatives.
• Provide program-level oversight of scope, schedule, cost, performance, and quality.
• Coordinate resources across multiple domains to ensure high-quality, compliant delivery.
• Apply SDLC expertise from planning through sustainment.
• Drive risk management and issue resolution strategies.
• Champion SAFe Lean- Agile practices to deliver value.
