This leadership role oversees a high-performing team of supervisors and technical professionals, ensuring optimal operation of a wide range of medical equipment while driving process improvements and regulatory compliance. Direct and manage all aspects of the clinical engineering program.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of supervisors and technical staff.
Ensure the maintenance, repair, and calibration of diverse medical equipment.
Initiate and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and compliance.
Partner with hospital leadership and clinical teams to align technology support with patient care priorities.
Ensure compliance with CIHQ, DNV, Joint Commission (JCAHO), and internal safety standards.
Oversee departmental budgets, vendor contracts, and procurement processes.
Champion team development and drive continuous improvement in HTM practices.
