HCA Healthcare, Inc. invites applications for a Director of Clinical Education Programs.

This leadership role drives the development, management and delivery of clinical education across the Clinical Education Service Line, including onboarding, competency management, and inter-professional education. The position collaborates with the Instructional Design team to meet accreditation standards, drive patient-centered education, and improve clinical metrics through education initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing or Education required.
• Doctorate in Nursing or Education preferred.
• Current RN license in applicable state where practice is required.
• Certified Nurse Educator certification required within one year of hire.

Responsabilités

• Develops, manages and delivers clinical education programs for HCA's Clinical Education Service Line.
• Oversees orientation/onboarding and competency management of clinical staff.
• Collaborates with Instructional Design to ensure accreditation standards are met.
• Monitors and reports on education outcomes, KPIs and regulatory compliance.
• Leads budgeting, staffing, and strategic planning for education services.
• Partners with hospital education leaders to drive patient safety and service excellence.
