HCA Healthcare is seeking a Director of Clinical Education Programs in Nashville to lead the development, management and delivery of education for the Clinical Education Service Line. You will oversee orientation, competency management, and inter-professional training across departments.

Responsibilities include ensuring accreditation compliance (Joint Commission, Medicare/Medicaid), collaborating with Instructional Design, and driving improvements in patient safety and service excellence while

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Nursing or Education (or equivalent).
• Doctorate in Nursing or Education preferred.
• 5+ years in acute care and 2+ years in education/organizational development in a hospital.
• Educational content development and adult learning principles.
• Current RN license in state(s) of practice; CN Educator certification within 1 year.

Aufgaben

• Develop and manage clinical education programs aligned with accreditation standards.
• Collaborate with Instructional Design to deliver patient-centered education.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality clinical education content and programs.
• Support hospital-wide improvement in core measures, patient safety, and service excellence.
• Lead department accountability including financial and business development aspects.
• Monitor and report on education-related financial and operational metrics.
• Travel up to 25% of the time.
• Represent the organization in community and education initiatives.
