Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a strategic leader to transform Medline University (MU), an online platform delivering healthcare education, through marketing plans, LMS oversight, and content management. You will promote MU to sales reps and customers and oversee the content development team.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of marketing experience (e.g., marketing plans, promotions, trade shows, and other marketing/sales strategies).
• 4+ years of direct people management experience including hiring, developing, motivating, and directing staff.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for Medline University (MU) to grow the MU user base and education offerings.
• Establish a multi-year customer education roadmap across categories and care settings for RN, CNA, techs and other staff.
• Lead development of a centralized clinical education content strategy including digital, virtual, online and in-person formats.
• Develop strategic relationships with healthcare associations and key opinion leaders to guide education strategies.
• Collaborate with customer service to onboard new accounts and resolve daily LMS issues with vendors as needed.
• Create presentations and materials for sales training and customer visits.
• Oversee MU operations: vendor partnerships, budget, KPI tracking and governance for course development.
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve educational delivery and customer engagement.
• Lead and develop a high-performing education team.
