Job summary

Medline is seeking a strategic leader to transform Medline University (MU), the online platform delivering healthcare education, into a core capability that strengthens credibility and strengthens customer partnerships. You will develop scalable education experiences with marketing, sales, product, and medical affairs, covering digital, self-service, and onsite curricula aligned to business priorities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of marketing experience (plans, promotions, trade shows)
• 4+ years of people management experience including hiring and development

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic MU marketing plans to grow user base
• Establish a multi-year customer education roadmap across care settings
• Lead content strategy for digital, virtual, online and in-person formats
• Build relationships with healthcare associations and key opinion leaders
• Collaborate with CS team to onboard new accounts and resolve issues
• Oversee operations: vendor partnerships, budget, KPI tracking, governance
• Lead and develop a high-performing clinical education team
