• Direct leadership and daily management of clinic billing and coding teams.
• Establish KPIs and monitor coding accuracy, denials, and AR days.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, payer requirements, and SCRMC policies.
• Oversee accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding across clinic lines.
• Collaborate with physicians and leaders to address documentation gaps.
