Job summary

Ipsos is seeking a driven Director, Client Success to lead technical projects for the Communities and Custom Panel team. You will manage client communications, documentation, budgets, and recruitment strategy, coordinating across client teams and internal partners.

You will guide process improvements, refine SOPs, and articulate project details to stakeholders with strong written and oral communication. An inclusive, collaborative culture is emphasized.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of marketing research operations experience with a focus on project management and Client Success.
• Process management and improvement experience.
• Proven expertise with standard research deliverable outputs (data tables, toplines, report decks, cross-tabulation tools).
• Proven expertise with standard research inputs (questionnaire design, coding specs & tab plans, sample plan & quotas).

Responsibilities

• Lead client communications around all project and status updates including timelines for launch and recruitment updates.
• Own development of all client facing documentation and SOPs.
• Manage project financials from end-to-end, including invoicing and budget tracking.
• Oversee recruitment strategy and liaise with external vendors for diverse audiences.
• Lead weekly status meetings across client teams, internal operations, and technical/dashboard partners.
• Maintain SOPs and canonical documentation for evolving client workflows.
