Job summary

Ipsos is seeking a Director to lead the Innovation Service Line’s research initiatives for global clients, guiding both qualitative and quantitative studies from design through delivery. You will manage teams, ensure project quality, and keep schedules on track.

You will collaborate with senior leaders, coach a talented team, and translate complex data into clear insights for clients, helping them solve business challenges with strategic research excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in market research and communications field
• Strong experience with quantitative research including survey design, sampling plans and analysis
• Experience with qualitative research including focus groups, in-depth interviews, and analyses
• Strong communication skills; ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Good understanding of advanced analytics and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, DOMO
• Proficiency in developing clear narrative and storytelling in presentations and writing

Responsibilities

• Direct the process: manage day-to-day responsibilities of several research projects from start to finish; frame objectives, design, sampling, survey instruments, analyze results, deliver final client deliverables
• Find operational efficiencies and drive them forward; collaborate with team to ensure projects are on time, on budget, and on strategy
• Develop understanding of client business issues; maintain and strengthen client relationships; become a trusted advisor to clients
