Job summary

Elevate is seeking a Director in the Client Services department to lead multiple client teams remotely within the United States. The role focuses on institutional fundraising strategy, grant writing, budget awareness, and program evaluation.

You will coach junior staff and report to a Supervisor to ensure client goals are met. Strong candidates bring 4+ years of relevant experience, excellent writing, and the ability to manage complex calendars and grant cycles while upholding Elevate’s equity

Qualifications

• At least four years of experience in institutional fundraising.
• Sufficient experience leading client teams and managing proposals.
• Strong writing, communication, and data management for grants.

Responsibilities

• Lead 4-5 client teams while overseeing junior staff.
• Develop and implement fundraising strategies with clients.
• Ensure timely grant deliverables and calendars.
• Mentor early career professionals on fundraising.
• Draft proposals, LOIs, and concept papers.
