Job summary

Elevate seeks skilled institutional fundraising professionals to coach clients on fundraising strategy, grant writing, financials, and program evaluation while overseeing junior staff across 5 client teams. Directors work with a supervisor to ensure progress toward client goals, with a focus on equity and inclusion within the Client Services department.

Strong candidates have 4+ years’ experience and demonstrate the ability to lead teams, manage complex calendars, and deliver high-quality

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in institutional fundraising or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading 4-5 client teams and managing junior staff.
• Strong writing, data analysis, and budgeting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead 4-5 client teams and oversee junior staff.
• Develop and implement fundraising strategies with clients.
• Manage grant calendars, research, cultivation, and proposals.
• Coach and develop early-career professionals on the team.
• Draft select proposals, reports, LOIs, and concept papers.
