The role emphasizes building design operations, integrating AI into workflows, and proving impact through product KPIs, with a focus on fan experience across brands.

Qualifications

• Experience leading product design teams in sports, media, or multi-tenant SaaS environments.
• Familiarity with collegiate athletics or fan-experience design.
• Experience scaling a design team during organizational growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Product Designers across multiple workstreams.
• Define end-to-end design processes and scale workflows and tooling.
• Integrate AI into design workflows and measure impact with KPIs.
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering to inform roadmaps.
