Job summary

Colby College seeks a dynamic Director of Class Philanthropy and Engagement to lead class-based fundraising, reunion programs, and volunteer engagement. You will manage a team, partner across College Advancement, and drive strategy to deepen alumni relationships and increase annual philanthropy.

You will oversee 25th and 50th reunion fundraising, cultivate major gifts, and build a pipeline through moves management, tracking progress with data-driven approaches and strong donor stewardship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in education and experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of fundraising experience in higher education or similar setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Class Philanthropy and Engagement team and oversee reunion programs.
• Develop and execute class and reunion fundraising strategies to meet revenue and participation goals.
• Cultivate, solicit, and steward donors across individual, class, and institutional gifts.
