Job summary

The College of the Holy Cross seeks an Assistant Director of Class Engagement to foster strong connections between alumni and the College. This role manages class-based volunteer programs and leads milestone Reunion fundraising campaigns to drive participation and philanthropic support.

You will collaborate with staff and volunteers to inspire engagement, cultivate philanthropy, and reach participation and revenue goals aligned with the College’s campaign objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with a strong commitment to the mission of the College and liberal arts education.
• Two years of advancement, fundraising, or related transferable experience preferred/required.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with diverse constituents and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and support alumni class volunteers, especially chairs and Reunion committees.
• Oversee 15-20 non-Reunion classes and three milestone classes.
• Provide guidance, resources, and ongoing communication to empower volunteers.
• Design and execute annual Reunion fundraising strategies for milestone classes.
• Monitor class participation and Reunion fundraising benchmarks; prepare reports.
