Job summary
Newport Mental Health is seeking a Director of Children’s Programs to oversee administrative and clinical leadership for the Center’s children’s offerings, including the General Outpatient and EOS programs. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, translate mission into actionable plans, and ensure high-quality care.
The role requires a Master’s in Social Work or RN qualification with 2–5 years of supervisory behavioral health experience, and a proven ability to collaborate with community
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work or related field, or RN qualification.
- 2-5 years of professional behavioral health supervisory experience.
- Experience in collaborative work with sister agencies and multidisciplinary teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative oversight for Children's General Outpatient and EOS programs.
- Lead and support a multidisciplinary team of professionals.
- Mentor, train, and evaluate staff to maintain high standards of care.
- Develop, implement, and manage high acuity programs for children with complex needs.
- Monitor program effectiveness and drive data-driven improvements.
