Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Oxnard, CA. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as supporting clinical programs, providing direct care to individuals, and ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment. The candidate will play a significant role in collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, implementing treatment plans, monitoring client progress, and fostering positive relationships. Additionally, the role includes maintaining accurate documentation, facilitating group sessions, and contributing to the overall success of the program.

Qualifications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, alongside the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Proficiency in assessing needs, planning care strategies, and implementing intervention techniques
  • Experience in records management and maintaining accurate reporting and documentation
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and adapt to a dynamic work environment
  • Relevant certifications or experience in mental health, counseling, or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline preferred
  • Commitment to providing culturally sensitive and inclusive care
  • Experience in or knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches is a plus
