Qualifications

• Doctorate degree preferred for advanced scope.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and implement all aspects of outpatient services to ensure effective operations.
• Design and implement staff orientation and training programs to foster growth.
• Build relationships with local organizations to promote collaboration and support.
• Create policies that empower the team and enhance culture.
• Ensure licensing compliance and readiness for audits.
• Explore new treatment divisions and revenue opportunities.
• Participate in outreach and marketing to promote programs and services.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions as needed to support clients.
• Develop and manage engaging workshops and staff training seminars.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to interview and hire top talent.
