Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work or related field, or RN qualification.
• Meets criteria for ‘Qualified Mental Health Professional’ as defined by MHRH.
• 2-5 years of professional behavioral health supervisory experience.
• Experience in collaborative work with sister agencies and multidisciplinary teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative oversight or delegate responsibilities to Team Leaders and Directors for program management, service delivery, performance monitoring, and evaluation.
• Ensure program staff performance is monitored to achieve positive outcomes for clients and families.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams including therapists, educators, and support staff and mentor staff to maintain high standards of care.
• Manage program development, budgets, and resources to support service delivery and compliance.
• Represent NMH at statewide/community forums to advocate for the organization and its programs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and conduct regular audits to uphold care standards.
