Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, psychiatry or psychiatric nursing.
• At least three years in mental health and at least one year in supervisory or senior clinician role.
• Active Michigan licensure in relevant field.
• Eligible to become CMHP within 120 days of hire.
• Strong written and verbal communication; culturally competent care.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clinical supervision to the Children's Outpatient team.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff; manage scheduling and caseloads.
• Coordinate intake coverage and ensure continuity of services.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and agency committees.
• Complete required documentation and reporting.
