Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university.
• Related qualifications include social work, behavioral science, public health or public administration.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes and assesses the effectiveness of existing programs to ensure outcome measures are achieved.
• Ensures mandated services with priority of child safety and service provision to children and families.
• Develops and administers budgets and manages human resources for social services units.
• Leads professional staff in developing skills and delivering quality services.
