Job summary

Novartis in East Hanover, NJ seeks a Director, Implementation & Adoption Business Partner to translate bold transformation ambitions into sustainable outcomes. You will partner with Engine teams and business leaders to embed adoption, readiness, and implementation strategies from design through deployment and stabilization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational development, psychology, communications, HR/P&O, healthcare, life sciences, or related discipline required.
• Master’s degree or certification in change management, organizational development, communications, design thinking, Agile change, Prosci/ADKAR, CCMP, or Lean preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in change management, implementation, adoption, transformation delivery, organizational effectiveness, consulting, or digital transformation.
• Experience in pharma, biotech, healthcare, consulting, or technology-enabled transformation, especially commercial transformation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with transformation teams to embed adoption and implementation considerations from design through deployment.
• Assess change and stakeholder impacts, readiness needs, adoption metrics and risks across business functions.
• Develop and lead implementation and adoption plans with training, communications, and roles evolution.
• Align deployment and change activities across business, technology, people, learning, and operations.
• Equip leaders with tools to drive change adoption and monitor usage and benefits.
• Lead interventions to address risks, remove obstacles, and support post-launch adoption.
• Capture lessons learned and develop reusable adoption practices for future transformations.
