Job summary

Paul Bridges Group is seeking a Director of Business Development to lead the expansion of our interim and consulting solutions into the Office of the CFO. You will develop new relationships with senior finance executives and PE-backed firms, leveraging an established platform and resources to drive growth.

You will be a consultative seller, building high-value, long-term partnerships with CFOs, controllers, and related finance leaders.

Qualifications

• Proven track record selling professional services, executive search, interim management, or related consulting.
• Established relationships with CFOs and senior finance executives.
• Experience selling into Fortune 500, PE-backed, or large middle-market organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and close new business with CFOs and finance leaders.
• Sell interim executives, finance professionals, and advisory solutions.
• Expand relationships with Private Equity portfolio companies and operating partners.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure client success and long-term partnerships.
