Job summary

CFOx is seeking a Vice President to partner with the Director to deliver strategic financial insights for private equity-backed companies and founder-owned businesses, guiding post-acquisition growth, integrations, and FP&A.

You will lead engagements, supervise teams, and help scale processes across service lines while maintaining strong client relationships and high-quality deliverables to support transactions and long-term value creation.

Qualifications

• GAAP knowledge and internal accounting processes
• Strong financial analysis and reporting abilities
• Leadership experience across teams and engagements
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee CFO Advisory and Transaction Services engagements, ensuring high-quality execution and timely delivery
• Prepare high-quality client deliverables and reports translating complex financial data into actionable insights
• Assist in design, enhancement, and implementation of internal processes and templates to improve scalability
• Engage in team operations and strategy discussions to support growth
• Coach and mentor team members across levels and reinforce performance standards
