E78 Partners is seeking experienced Directors to join our Office of the CFO practice, partnering with private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and executive leadership teams on complex finance initiatives.

We seek senior finance executives with executive presence and strategic judgment, capable of advising CFOs, CEOs, Boards, and PE sponsors while leading the work to deliver outcomes. Chicago or NYC locations preferred; exceptional candidates in other markets considered.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading Office of the CFO engagements.
• Ability to advise CFOs/CEOs/Boards and private equity sponsors.
• CPA and/or CFA preferred, but not required with significant experience.

• Serve as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
• Lead complex Office of the CFO engagements from assessment to delivery.
• Assess client needs and translate findings into executable recommendations.
• Present financial, accounting, and operational matters clearly to senior executives.
• Mentor consultants and client teams; establish clear governance and communication rhythms.
• Support M&A diligence, integration, and post-close activities.
