Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Miami is seeking a Director, Office of the CEO to translate CEO priorities into coordinated execution across a global portfolio. The role integrates strategic planning, analytics, and executive communications in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate will lead PMO activities, drive multi-team alignment, and prepare high‑level materials for the Executive Leadership Team and Board, with a hybrid work model in Miami’s corporate office.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in strategy, corporate finance, corporate development, or a related field. Management consulting strongly preferred.
• Experience in hospitality, travel, or premium/luxury brands is an asset; experience bringing large transformation programs to life is an asset.
• Proven track record in analytics, project management, and executive communications.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen; comfortable with P&L, forecasting, and investment cases.
• Working fluency in digital, data, and AI - sufficient to engage credibly with technology leaders and vendors and to translate between technical and business audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Plan PMO activities: support program management for Four Seasons’ Strategic Plan, KPI tracking, milestone tracking, and cross-functional coordination.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and prepare Executive and Board updates.
• Provide analytical and project leadership on CEO Office initiatives spanning growth, investments, operations, guest experience, and platform/AI transformation.
• Sponsor owner relationships and executive engagement across internal and external partners.
• Support ELT cadence, quarterly reviews, and board material development with cross-functional coordination.
