Job summary

Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Miami seeks a Director, Office of the CEO to translate top priorities into coordinated execution across the global portfolio. You will coordinate strategic plan PMO, drive cross-functional initiatives, and prepare executive and Board materials.

The role requires 6+ years in strategy or corporate finance, MBA preferred, and fluency with data and AI tools. This hybrid position requires three days weekly at the Miami office and offers exposure to senior leaders

Qualifications

• 6+ years in strategy, corporate finance, corporate development, or related field.
• Hospitality, travel, or premium/luxury brands experience is a plus; large transformation programs desirable.
• Proven analytics, project management, and executive communications.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen; comfortable with P&L, forecasting, and investment cases.
• Fluent with digital, data, and AI; able to translate between technical and business audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Plan PMO activities with KPI tracking and cross-functional coordination.
• Identify risks and opportunities; elevate insights to Senior Director and Chief of Staff.
• Prepare Executive and Board updates with high-quality materials.
• Support enterprise initiatives spanning growth, investment planning, operations, and guest experience.
• Structure and solve: frame questions, build fact base, and develop recommendations.
• Partner on the platform and AI agenda; track progress and align with the Strategic Plan.
• Enhance owner relationships and executive engagement with key partners.
• Support the ELT cadence, quarterly reviews, and board materials.
• Develop pre-reads and briefing materials for CEO meetings.
• Contribute to high-priority CEO Office initiatives including leadership meetings.
