• Proven analytics, project management, and executive communications.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen; comfortable with P&L and forecasting.
• Fluent in digital, data, and AI; able to translate between tech and business.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Plan PMO activities and KPI tracking.
• Coordinate cross-enterprise initiatives and report to CEO Office.
• Prepare executive briefs, board materials, and dashboards.
• Engage with property owners and external partners.
• Support ELT cadence, quarterly business reviews, and enterprise priorities.
