Job summary

Four Seasons in Miami seeks a Director of Finance, Yacht Operations to lead financial governance, planning, and analytics for the Yacht division. The role partners with Yacht General Managers, Ownership, MHCH, and Corporate to optimize performance and long-term value.

You will drive forecasting, budgeting, and reporting, oversee treasury and reserve management, and ensure compliance with management agreements and industry standards in a complex multi-stakeholder environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field.
• Professional accounting designation (CPA/CA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) preferred.
• Extensive finance leadership experience in luxury hospitality, travel, maritime, cruise, or service sectors.
• Strong expertise in financial planning, forecasting, reporting, treasury, and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior finance partner to Yacht Operations leadership and Corporate stakeholders.
• Lead annual budget, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial planning.
• Own forecasting accuracy, reporting timeliness, and covenant compliance.
• Oversee treasury, reserves, and capital management activities.
• Drive governance, risk management, and alignment with ownership requirements.
