Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant scientific discipline
• Minimum 8 years experience
• Experience communicating business impact to senior leaders
• Experience presenting resource demand forecasts
• Experience influencing across global boundaries
• Advanced Excel and AI user experience

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic resource planning and capacity management for Enterprise Cell Therapy functional units
• Collaborate with Enterprise Cell Therapy leaders to assess demand and capacity
• Develop and improve capacity forecasting algorithms and templates
• Track demand vs capacity across PLANIT, CAPIT, ResourcIT/MYTIME and WorkDay
• Provide data-driven insights to support LTP/MTP/RBU decisions
• Communicate capacity data to leaders and partners with clear visuals
