Qualifications

• BS/BA with 8+ years of pharma/biotech supply planning experience.
• MS/MA/MBA with 6+ years in pharma/biotech supply planning is preferred.
• Experience in Cell Therapy, Gene Therapy, ATMPs, autologous supply chains is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operationalize slot allocation rules, governance and recovery processes.
• Own the rolling 90-day S&OE slot schedule for feasible, near-term plans.
• Coordinate across functions to maximize utilization and minimize missed slots.
• Lead escalation of slot conflicts and analyze root causes to improve service levels.
• Introduce AI solutions to automate and scale slot management.
