Job summary

Renown Health in Reno, Nevada is seeking a Hospital Care Management Manager to oversee the daily operations of Case Management, Social Work, CDI and Utilization Review functions. You will hire, develop and coach departmental staff while implementing care coordination strategies aligned with system goals.

The role requires strong leadership, performance management, and collaboration with physicians, nursing, and revenue cycle teams to ensure efficient patient transitions of care and compliance

Qualifications

• Knowledge of case management practices and trends.
