Qualifications

• Strong background in transplantation, OPO, quality improvement, and professional education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily oversight of all contact center operations.
• Ensure accurate and timely collection, analysis, and escalation of referrals.
• Directly oversee contact center coordinators and triage nurses.
