Job summary

Corestream is hiring a Director, Carrier Management to own the end-to-end provider ecosystem. This role blends relationship management, project leadership, and process design to scale our carrier onboarding, vetting, and ongoing performance programs.

Based in the United States, you will partner with implementation, account management, and customer support teams, build playbooks, establish governance, and ensure clear communication with vendors and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding and offboarding of providers; lead provider-side collaboration with implementation to keep launches on schedule.
• Design and refine provider vetting/onboarding criteria, steps, and documentation as the partner ecosystem grows.
• Act as project management for carrier-related initiatives; maintain centralized status and surface risks before deadlines.
