Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a senior manager to lead evidence‑based caregiver support programs for older adults and caregivers in the Cleveland area. The role focuses on directing operations, pursuing funding, and building partnerships to deliver high‑quality, person‑centered services.

The position requires a master’s degree in a relevant field, strong communication skills, and experience with contracts or partnerships. Travel and HIPAA/compliance oversight are anticipated.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, healthcare administration, human services, gerontology, public health, or a related field is required.
• Strong verbal, written, oral and electronic communication skills and ability to present to diverse audiences.
• Experience with contracts or partnerships with third‑party payers, healthcare systems, or community organizations.

Responsibilities

• Direct day‑to‑day operations of caregiver support programs (WeCare, SHARE, Caregiver Relief Programs) ensuring high‑quality, person‑centered service delivery.
• Identify and pursue new funding opportunities (grants, contracts, payer partnerships) to grow programs.
• Develop relationships with healthcare providers and community partners to raise awareness of caregiver services.
