Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Health Services Director to join our management team and provide comprehensive nursing leadership for residents, with a focus on fragile Assisted Living and Memory Care.

The HSD reports to the General Manager and collaborates closely with the Marketing Director, Care Director, and Regional Nursing Leaders to ensure best-in-class well‑being for residents and families, while maintaining regulatory safety and high care standards.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the applicable state.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience delivering quality care with leadership roles.
• Geriatric/Memory Care experience preferred.
• Infection control knowledge and safety practices.
• Experience building and leading nursing teams; hiring and development.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing team leadership and oversee care delivery.
• Create care plans and oversee clinical charting with families and physicians.
• Coach staff and support employees in appropriate geriatric care.
• Ensure regulatory safety and compliance across the facility.
