Job summary

Eckerd Connects in Saint Petersburg, FL seeks an OA CTS Director to lead the OA and Career Transition Services Programs, planning, directing, and supervising activities, ensuring proper scheduling and implementation.

The role reports to the Center Director and is salaried exempt; requires a Bachelor's or Associate's with supervisory experience; Masters preferred; valid driver's license; must pass a drug screen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, business, communications, or closely related field, and two years related supervisory experience.
• Associates degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, business, communications, or closely related field, and four years related supervisory experience
• Prefer Masters degree and expansive experience with disadvantaged youth
• Required to pass a drug screen in compliance with our Substance Abuse and Drug-Free Workplace policy.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and supervises the OA and Career Transition Services Programs, including planning, scheduling, and implementation.
• Prepares and submits reports; maintains records on student progress in OA/ Career Transition Department.
• Ensures case notes and PCDPs are up to date per PRH.
• Manages cohort enrollment, case management efforts, and career transition services for two industry clusters (Health Care and Construction).
• Assesses promotions, transfers, and merit evaluations; conducts performance appraisals.
