Job summary

Boston Scientific Minneapolis seeks a Field Scientific Affairs Manager specializing in cardiovascular medicine to lead key scientific initiatives with KOLs, oversee clinical research, and translate data into actionable business insights.

You will build relationships with electrophysiology and interventional cardiology professionals, manage ISR submissions, and collaborate across Clinical, Marketing, R&D to advance evidence generation and dissemination while maintaining a patient-centric approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in the medical device industry or 5 years of clinical practice in electrophysiology, structural heart, cardiovascular medicine, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead non-promotional scientific exchange with HCPs including KOLs and regional thought leaders.
• Synthesize and communicate field-based clinical insights to inform evidence planning and strategic decisions.
• Review and interpret clinical trial, real-world, and post-market data to provide scientific guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicate complex scientific information clearly to KOLs and HCPs to illustrate benefits of the Rhythm Solutions portfolio.
