The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in CRE, strong financial modeling with IRR/DCF, and advanced Argus/Excel skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Financing/Accounting or business/real estate preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of CRE experience with emphasis on financial analysis/underwriting and transaction management.
• Extensive experience developing financial models, cash flows, IRR, DCF, and cash-on-cash analyses for investment sale properties.
• Advanced proficiency with Argus Enterprise, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, quantitative, writing and communication skills.
• Strategic, creative thinker with a track record of managing real estate transactions from underwriting to close.

Aufgaben

• Organize and manage the transaction process from underwriting through closing.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with clients, brokers, attorneys and third-party vendors.
• Provide leadership and day-to-day managerial and operational duties for the team.
• Provide financial analysis and analytical support for the growing Investment Sales brokerage team.
• Mentor Sr. Analysts and assist in overflow work in financial modeling and underwriting.
• Coordinate with debt/equity team members to underwrite based on debt placement scenarios.
• Contribute to strategy and content for presentation packages and offering memoranda.
• Lead pitch presentations with prospects and clients and guide discussions on financial modeling.
