Job summary

Citi’s Americas Capital Introductions, part of Prime Finance in the Equities division, is looking for a senior seller to build and maintain relationships with Americas-based institutional investors for hedge fund clients, supporting capital raising and capital introductions initiatives.

The role emphasizes collaboration with origination teams, deep market knowledge, and the ability to cultivate relationships with a broad set of managers and investors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years at Director level or 6+ years at VP level in financial services.
• Understanding of hedge fund and institutional investor allocation strategies.
• Well-established relationships with institutional investors (Director level: 75+)
• Prior markets sales experience required for Director level.

Responsibilities

• Support Citi's hedge fund and asset management capital raising efforts.
• Advise clients on industry trends and investor considerations.
• Cover institutional investors and understand investment requirements within Alternatives and hedge funds.
• Organize Capital Introductions events and conferences.
• Produce content for marketing and branding by Global Capital Introductions teams.
• Coordinate with Global Origination to deliver best-in-class service and monetize efforts.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and refer to internal stakeholders.
