Kyndryl is seeking an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist to lead talent analytics within People Science. You will manage psychometric validation, advanced analytics, and organizational effectiveness across a large workforce, partnering with CHRO and senior leaders to translate insights into business impact.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of advanced analytics experience in enterprise environments.
- Proven leadership in mentoring analytics teams.
- Strong ability to distill insights for executive audiences.
- Expertise in psychometrics and ONA techniques.
Responsibilities
- Drive analytics to identify drivers of success for employee and leadership development.
- Oversee psychometric modeling, validation and ONA leveraging skills graphs.
- Design and refine performance management systems as offerings advance.
- Evaluate organizational networks to improve workplace productivity and culture.
- Lead enterprise listening strategies and survey architectures for engagement.
- Translate analytic results into actionable insights for senior leaders.
- Mentor a team of analysts and psychometricians; align roadmap with business goals.
