Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior Finance Transformation Leader in Alpharetta, GA to develop and execute a multi-year transformation strategy aligned with finance and business goals. You will guide a portfolio of initiatives, define future-state operating models, and build business cases to secure funding.

You will drive change, oversee governance, risk, and compliance, and lead adoption of AI, automation, analytics, and Copilot to improve performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of progressive leadership experience in Finance, Transformation, Consulting, Operations, Technology, or related disciplines.
Proven experience leading large-scale organizational transformation and change initiatives.
Strong understanding of business processes, operating models, organizational effectiveness, and process improvement methodologies.
Demonstrated experience implementing technology-enabled business solutions and productivity improvements.
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and influencing skills.
Ability to operate effectively in complex, matrixed organizations and lead through ambiguity.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred: Experience with AI, machine learning, automation, analytics, Power BI, Power Automate, Copilot, or similar technologies.
Preferred: Consulting or enterprise transformation leadership experience.
Preferred: Experience developing transformation roadmaps, business cases, and value realization frameworks.
Preferred: Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, PMP, Prosci, or similar professional certifications.
Preferred: Experience leading enterprise-wide productivity or modernization programs.
U.S. National Base Pay Range: $118,300 - $219,800.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a multi-year Finance Transformation Strategy aligned with Finance and business objectives.
Identify, prioritize, govern, and deliver a portfolio of Finance transformation initiatives.
Define future-state operating models, capabilities, and organizational structures.
Develop business cases and investment recommendations.
Evaluate Finance processes, workflows, reporting, systems, and organizational capabilities.
Lead process redesign and continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead adoption of AI, automation, analytics, and productivity technologies, including Copilot, workflow automation, analytics, reporting, and business intelligence solutions.
Ensure initiatives comply with governance, security, compliance, and enterprise standards.
Develop change management strategies and lead communication, training, enablement, and adoption efforts.
Establish project governance, milestones, success metrics, and reporting frameworks.
Monitor progress, risks, dependencies, resources, and outcomes; provide updates to the CFO, Finance Leadership Team, and executive stakeholders.
Define KPIs, measure adoption and business outcomes, track value realization and ROI, and develop executive dashboards.
Build and lead a Business Transformation & Enablement capability; recruit, mentor, and develop transformation professionals.
Foster collaboration across Finance, Technology, Data, HR, and business functions and advise Finance leaders on modernization and organizational effectiveness.
