Job summary

The Peralta Community College District is hiring for three Director, Business Services positions located at College of Alameda, Berkeley City College, and Oakland City College. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in business or finance from an accredited college or university.
• Three years of management or supervisory experience in business or finance administration.
• Demonstrated sensitivity to diverse student, faculty, staff and community backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Directs fiscal management, budgeting, facilities maintenance, emergencypreparedness, bursar operations, bookstore and related services.
• Leads collaboration with college administrators to develop and administer budgets in line with District policies.
• Reviews financial transactions for accuracy and conformance with GAAP, policies, and contracts.
• Plans and provides leadership for campus financial operations and reporting and for cost-control initiatives.
