UBS SECURITIES LLC is seeking a Director, Business Risk Manager in Nashville, TN.

We’re looking for a Director, Business Risk Manager to:

1. Participate in regional and global risk projects to enhance risk assessment and monitoring.
2. Execute risk management including risk limit setting and stress/credit exposure calculation for complex financing clients, covering a broad range of products including prime brokerage, swaps, exchange-traded derivatives, FX prime brokerage, and listed options.
3. Perform margin requirement calculations for prime brokerage and swap portfolios. Interact with external clients on all stages of the service lifecycle.
4. Work with Global Markets Financing Sales/Senior Relationship Management, Account Managers, Collateral Managers, and Credit Officers. Help optimize resources including Balance Sheet, Capital, and Risk Weighted Assets.
5. Participate in regional and global risk calls.

Your expertise

Education & Experience Requirement

• This position requires a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Economics, or a related field plus four (4) years of experience in risk management roles.

Experience with:

• SQL, Python
• Counterparty credit risk, Market risk, or Prime Financing Risk, analyzing large data sets
• Clearing exchanges, negotiating with hedge fund clients, and risk analysis metrics like VaR and tail risk
• Economics applied to market risk assessment

Can work remotely.
