Summary:

We’re seeking a Director, BI & Analytics to build, scale, and lead our BI function. This individual will be responsible for business reporting, analytics strategy, and quality across the company, ensuring that leadership has the insights needed to drive strategic decisions. This role requires both strategic vision and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate is a self-sufficient leader, with experience building data-driven cultures in growth-stage SaaS companies.

What you'll do:

• Define roadmap for business intelligence and reporting
• Establish consistent, company-wide metric definitions and business data & insights quality
• Partner cross-functionally with Data Engineering and business stakeholders
• Build and maintain executive dashboards and reports
• Enable business teams to self-serve insights
• Lead forecasting and predictive analytics
• Develop processes and best practices for analytics requests. Develop Business Data roadmap.
• Bridge deep business and customer understanding with expertise in our data model

What you'll bring:

• ~8-12 years in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or FP&A Analytics, mostly in SaaS
• ~3+ years in a leadership role (i.e. Senior Manager or Director of BI)
• Strong expertise in BI tools (i.e. Omni)
• Proficiency with SQL and ability to work with data warehouses
• Excellent command of SaaS business metrics
• Strong data storytelling and executive communication skills

Preferred experiences:

• Prior experience building a BI function from scratch
• Experience with dbt, Python, or advanced analytics modeling
• Familiarity with Datastream
• Familiarity with data governance and security best practices
